1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and MindPlay Labs India ("we," "us," "our"), an independent mobile game developer based in India.

By accessing or using the Sudoku King mobile application ("App") or the website mindplaylabsindia.com ("Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our App or Website.

2. Your Rights & Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access and correct your personal information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Play as a guest without providing personal information
• File a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Section 10)

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

3. Gameplay, Age & Conduct

3.1 Age Requirements

Sudoku King is suitable for users of all ages. Users under 13 must obtain parental or guardian consent before creating an account. We recommend that children under 13 use guest mode, which requires no personal information.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sudoku King only for its intended purpose — playing Sudoku puzzles. You must not:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to play the game or manipulate scores
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract game code or assets
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages in multiplayer modes
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our servers
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

3.3 Battle Mode & Multiplayer

When using Battle Mode, you agree to play fairly and respect other players. Abuse, harassment, or exploitative behavior in multiplayer features may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Accounts & Registration

Account Creation: You may use the App as a guest or create an account via Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, or email/password. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support.mindplaylabsindia@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One Account Per Person: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, gain unfair advantages in leaderboards, or for any other fraudulent purpose.

Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Sudoku King App and Website — including but not limited to game design, graphics, code, puzzles, sounds, text, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to MindPlay Labs India and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Copying, distributing, or publicly displaying our content
• Modifying or creating derivative works
• Using our trademarks or logo without written permission
• Commercial use of any game assets or content

The "MindPlay Labs India" name, "Sudoku King" name, and associated logos are trademarks of MindPlay Labs India. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. In-App Purchases & Payments

The core gameplay of Sudoku King is free. Some cosmetic features (themes, visual customizations) may be available as in-app purchases through the Google Play Store.

All purchases are:

• Final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or Google Play Store policy
• Processed by Google Play — their payment terms and privacy policy apply
• Cosmetic only — in-app purchases never provide competitive gameplay advantages

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Sudoku King and mindplaylabsindia.com are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindPlay Labs India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of game progress.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed INR 500 (or the equivalent in your currency).

7.3 Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any impact this may have on your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. To delete your account and data, contact us at support.mindplaylabsindia@gmail.com.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

• All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt
• All complaints will be resolved within 15 calendar days

These Terms were last updated on June 27, 2026. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
